Products we purchased were exactly like what we saw in pictures (that's a good thing). One of the desks was scratched, but the company agreed to give us a reduced price, or we could send it back and get a new one delivered. Overall satisfied with service, and with the actual products we bought.

Debbie Bevaart was very pleasant and professional to deal with, She showed us pieces that we might be interested in by asking the right questions and did not try to oversell. She was able to understand and make suggestions for our direct needs based on her questions asked. Great team to deal with.

Buying through a website is easy, but when problems arise is where the customer service experience starts. Emerson, and her partners have been absolutely fantastic to deal with through the entire process of buying our very large office product. The product was dropped shipped to my office and the staff were there for every part of that process. When we noticed something missing, Emerson and Jennifer were right on it ensuring that our entire experience was worth buying from this company

Great service - great products and helpful staff. The prices are very good too! Always checkout the Clearance Section for great bargains!!! Scott was very helpful. Cleaned off the chair we purchased - bagged it up - brought it out to the car and loaded it in for us. We've purchased a desks, chairs, and mats from them - great stuff!!! We'll be back for more.

What an amazing company! We needed a boardroom table & chairs ASAP and Emerson and Jennifer went well beyond their call of duty. Lovers at Work are always top notch from sales staff to delivery staff. Our latest deliver staff Bryan was attentive to ensuring things were leveled and proper before leaving. Great staff, huge selection, better prices and outstanding service...you won’t find this at Staples. We purchased their new ICON line of chairs for a new office and couldn’t be happier!! Super comfortable. As promised our staff is much more productive...night and day difference. We have always purchased Haworth in the past but these ICON chairs are WAY better quality for much less money. Couldn’t be any happier. Thank you to the entire team for your fantastic service and prompt professional delivery.

We have been dealing exclusively with at Work for over five years. We found a vast product selection and a very knowledgeable staff. They took the time to visit our place of business on more than one occasion to present options and alternatives that they would not have otherwise been able to provide, had they not visited. We engaged their in-house designer(s) with very positive results. We will continue to rely on their expertise and product lines.

What a great experience I had with Jeff's atWork!Placed an order online right before the Christmas holiday, on a Friday at 4 pm. Within 5 minutes someone called to confirm my order and assured me that I will have my reception desk before the specified date.Beginning of January, I decided to change my order; needless to say, Aaron, which assisted me, was very accommodating, promised me whatever I asked for.And that's exactly what I got. Earlier than promised. They delivered, assembled and installed the desk, and left within three quarter of an hour. Great service, great attitude, I would recommend them to anyone! Not to mention the furniture quality! Not expensive at all, modern, well made!Thank you everyone for an outstanding customer service!

Our business is moving so we bought some used furniture as well as enlisted their services to measure and design some new office furniture. The team made it all very simple for us based on what we wanted. Delivery and installation is coming soon but given the experience working with this group it will all go well and easy.
