Top notch quality of product, customer service and shipping! James was great to work with on my small home office project. Furniture was ready faster than anticipated and when it arrived on skid, it was impeccably packed. However there was a small bit of damage to the inside of a cabinet door and the hardware was not correct. James was wonderful and he had a new door fabricated and shipped out with the correct hardware quickly. The quality of the furniture is amazing, it is heavy, sturdy and will last years to come. I am so glad I chose atWork for my home office needs. Furniture at big box stores doesn't come close to the quality of the Belair products I bought. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend

Ordered a service counter online, They assembled it and shipped to me, there was a tiny chip on the bottom but it wasn't a big deal. However, when I mentioned it to them, atWork offered me a rebate because of the damage and the team was really open to listening and making sure I got the best experience. Classic. A strange word for such a modern chair. But the Aeron has become that – a modern classic. Nicely styled. These reconditioned chairs are all in very good condition (and would have parts replaced where needed). I would give 5 stars but my personal preference is a fabric seat.
