Furniture was ready faster than anticipated and when it arrived on skid, it was impeccably packed. However there was a small bit of damage to the inside of a cabinet door and the hardware was not correct. James was wonderful and he had a new door fabricated and shipped out with the correct hardware quickly. The quality of the furniture is amazing, it is heavy, sturdy and will last years to come. I am so glad I chose atWork for my home office needs. Furniture at big box stores doesn't come close to the quality of the Belair products I bought. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend

Ordered a service counter online, They assembled it and shipped to me, there was a tiny chip on the bottom but it wasn't a big deal. If you need a smaller chair this is excellent. Seat slider and arm width can make it more compact. There is another mechanism option (Y1) that allows for the chair to be slightly lower but you do give up some ergonomic adjustment. So this one is a very good choice… buy a foot rest as well if needed.
