Furniture was ready faster than anticipated and when it arrived on skid, it was impeccably packed. However there was a small bit of damage to the inside of a cabinet door and the hardware was not correct. James was wonderful and he had a new door fabricated and shipped out with the correct hardware quickly. The quality of the furniture is amazing, it is heavy, sturdy and will last years to come. I am so glad I chose atWork for my home office needs. Furniture at big box stores doesn't come close to the quality of the Belair products I bought. You get what you pay for and I highly recommend

Ordered a service counter online, They assembled it and shipped to me, there was a tiny chip on the bottom but it wasn't a big deal. However, when I mentioned it to them, atWork offered me a rebate because of the damage and the team was really open to listening and making sure I got the best experience. I had a 3050 bookcase for many years and it was loaded up with large books. This bookcase never bowed or sagged in any way. These bookcases are very strong and will hold up very well even with heavy loads on the shelves.
