Silver Delivery - 8% of Retail Price ($30.00 Minimum)**

- Upgraded delivery service with stair carry included.
- Covers moving the product upstairs or downstairs.
- Doorways must accommodate packaged product.*

Gold Delivery - 10% of Retail Price ($80.00 Minimum)**

- Premium delivery service with full-installation.
- Covers all of the following (to be done once):

  • Having the product moved to a specified location.
  • Removal and disposal of carton and packing material
  • Assembly, setup, and leveling of furniture
  • Cleaning (new furniture only)
- Gold delivery service includes stair carry for oversized items (ie. 5 Drawer Laterals, Executive 36x72" Desks...), Ask for further details...

** Please note that outside of 50km from your local atWork dealer, there may be further delivery charges.  We always quote delivery before we ship.

 

Answers to frequently asked shipping questions...

What areas do you deliver to?
Our teams are delivering throughout Ontario every day.  If you are outside of the immediate dealer's area there may be a certain day of the week we are in your area.  Please ask your sales contact.

Although, atWork Office Furniture outfits workspaces primarily in Ontario, we have also had the opportunity to outfit offices in many Canadian provinces, the USA, Caribbean, UK and sent furniture as far as Africa!


What do I need to do to prepare my office for delivery?
Unless arrangements have been made with salesperson and noted on the invoice, the customer is responsible for ensuring that there are adequate clearances for the furniture to be taken to its delivery area in its factory assembled state and in its shipping carton.  Also that the area is cleared of old furniture and cables are ready to be arranged around the new items.


Do you assemble knocked-down furniture like computer centers and bookcases?
Most of the office-quality furniture we sell is factory assembled.  Construction of ready-to-assemble furniture is not covered in the price of any delivery. Assembly charges must be listed separately on the invoice.


What if I need you to do some extra moving or installation when your team arrives?
Sometimes our help is needed to move existing items.  Please arrange this with your sales contact.  If extra work is required for any reason, the charge is $55 per hour per man on site.
